Mrs Ngo Yam Chiang ( Madam Lim Cheng Lian ) passed away at Youngberg Memorial Hospital on May 1, 1957 at the age of 82. She is survived by 5 sons, Ngo Beng Swee, Ngo Beng Hoon, Ngo Beng Hoe, Ngo Beng Lim, Ngo Beng Huck, 5 daughters-in-law, son-in-law, 16 grandchildren. Funeral service was held at Bidadari Cemetery Chapel. From what i gathered from the missing death date from the tombstone and the newspaper article, Mrs Ngo Yam Chiang is likely to be buried in Bidadari.

Mr Ngo Yam Bee passed away at the age of 49 at his residence in No. 70, Emerald Hill Road on May 7, 1926. He leaves behind 1 widow, 2 sons, Ngo Seng Kiat and Ngo Bin Keng, 4 daughters (Ngo Kim Neo, Ngo Hwee Neo, Ngo Quee Neo, Ngo Hoo Neo) , 1 son-in-law, Lim Hock Seng and 2 grandchildren. Ngo Yam Bee is buried in Bukit Brown.

Ngo Yam Liang married the eldest daughter of the late Mr Gan Keng Wee and Madam Tan Swan Neo in November 1911.

Stanley Ngo Beng Swee, second son of Mr and Mrs Ngo Yam Cheang married Miss Francesca Cheah, second daughter of Mr and Mrs Cheah Loon Ghee at the St.Peter's and Paul Church on September 15, 1928. In 1941, Ngo Beng Swee (occupation listed as insurance clerk) divorced his wife on grounds of adultery.The court case detailed clearly the story of the adultery by his ex-wife Francesca with Sim Boon Hoon, a swimming coach. Custody of their two children ( Cecilia Ngo, then 9 and Kathleen Ngo, then 11) went to Mr Stanley Ngo Beng Swee.

The only information about Ngo Beng Hoe other than the picture on him and his brothers was of him passing his London Chamber of Commerce Examination Results in 1930 together with his brother, Ngo Beng Hoon and of him being an Elder in Seminary Church. The other clue is of the passing of his wife, Eilen Ngo Beng Hoe of 2-A Woodleigh on November 21, 1958. The cortege left from Seminary Chapel to Bidadari.

Ngo Beng Lim was a teacher in the Malayan Union Seminary before leaving in 1957 for further studies in Australia. An old boy of St. Andrew's School, he started teaching in the seminary in 1932. He is being sent under the seminary scholarship to Australasian Seminary College in New South Wales for B.A.degree in Education. The article mentioned that he has a 19 year son who is a medical student in America. Ngo Beng Lim was 42 years of age when he went overseas to further his studies.

On April 17 1909, there was an announcement notice that the wife of Ngo Yam Chiang (Messrs. Sharpe, Ross and Co. Ltd) gave birth to twin daughters. No daughters of Mr and Mrs Ngo Yam Chiang however were mentioned subsequently.
